Solution

1. Click Start and  type in search field  create a restore point
2. Under the System Protection tab click on Create.
3. Type in a desired name and click Ok
4. The time it takes to create the restore point will depend on the amount of data, computer speed etc..
5. Now if something goes wrong you have the satisfaction knowing that you can go back in time to the point before the changes were made
